1/5 - Mike Hurst just called and a technician will be over to lower the cameras today. Jennifer will let them in and notify me when they get ready so I can verify the height. Moving complete and email sent to Craig Hardee about patching holes in the wall. Julianne said our budget will cover this.
12/23 - Have not heard anything about the scheduling of these camera's being moved. Will email Mike Hurst today to see if it's on their radar and when.
12/16 - Julianne sending payment info on to Earl. I need to keep on top of schedule for this work to be done before classes start.
12/14 - Jason emails Jennifer back that they don't think they should pay for it.
12/10 - Jennifer checked with Kent who said it would probably come from Lilly money so to check with Jason.
12/9 - Julianne signed Quote to move cameras down at the request of COPHS (Enz, Ockerman, Roscoe). Get an account # from COPHS so we can proceed. Jennifer should be able to help with this. Might check with Kent to start.
